This privacy notice explains how personal data is processed when visiting the Parklumo website.
3. Technical access data
When the website is accessed, technically necessary access data is processed.
The privacy-minimised server log contains only:
- source IP address
- timestamp
- HTTP method
- normalised path without query string
- response status
- transferred data volume
- request ID
Referrer, user agent, request body and query string are not stored in the routine access log.
The processing is carried out to provide the website securely and reliably and to detect and prevent abuse and technical faults.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the security, availability and integrity of the website and its underlying systems.
Routine access and error logs are generally deleted after 14 days. Longer retention occurs only where a documented security incident, legal dispute or statutory retention obligation requires it.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The publicly accessible information pages do not use a visitor or customer session cookie.
Optional analytics and marketing technologies are not used.
